How do I join?
Join Commonwealth Nutrition Rewards through the CW Nutrition App or ask our team for help in store. New members receive 150 welcome points.
How do I earn points?
Earn points on qualifying purchases based on your tier: Member earns 1 point per dollar, Athlete earns 1.25 points per dollar, and Elite earns 1.5 points per dollar. Members also receive 100 birthday points.
How do I redeem a reward?
Check in with your phone number at our in-store kiosk. Our staff will apply your selected available reward at checkout through Shopify POS.
How do membership tiers work?
Tiers are based on qualifying spend within a rolling 12-month period: Member is under $400, Athlete begins at $400, and Elite begins at $1,000.
How do community partner rewards work?
The community partner program is still in development. Once it launches, participating businesses may offer special earning opportunities or rewards through the CW Nutrition App. Partners, offers and point requirements will be announced in the app.
Do points expire?
Yes. Reward points reset within the program’s 12-month cycle, so check your balance regularly and redeem available rewards before they reset.
