Our flagship store is at 6000 Babcock Blvd, Pittsburgh, PA 15237, in the North Hills at the intersection of Browns Lane and Babcock Blvd. Get directions.

Our team is available by phone Monday–Friday, 10 AM–8 PM EST and Saturday–Sunday, 9 AM–5 PM at (412) 587-5426. For current in-store hours, give us a call or check our store locator.

That is what we are here for. Our staff are athletes and lifters who use this stuff themselves, and there is no charge for advice. Stop in, call, or send us a message and tell us your goal — we will point you at what actually fits it.

Head to our Track My Order page and enter your tracking number. If the number is not showing a status yet, give it a little time — carriers do not always update instantly. Still stuck? Email sales@commonwealthnutrition.com.

Available shipping methods and rates are calculated and shown at checkout once you have entered your address. If you have a question about a specific order, call us at (412) 587-5426 before you order and we will help.

A handful of our fresh and frozen items are in-store only and cannot be shipped. Those pages show an "Available in store" banner instead of an Add to Cart button. This currently includes:

• EzFresh Meals, PGH Authentic Meals and Buffin Muffin (fresh meal prep)
• Orka Bars and Sinless Scoops (frozen)

You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. The item must be unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and you will need your receipt or proof of purchase. Full details are on our Return Policy page.

Email sales@commonwealthnutrition.com or use the form at the bottom of our Return Policy page. Once approved we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. Please do not ship anything back before requesting a return — we cannot accept those.

Opened items, sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return. This is a supplement store, so anything with a broken seal has to stay with you.

Once we receive and inspect your return we will let you know if it is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days, though your bank may take a few extra days to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, email us.

Check your order as soon as it lands and contact us right away at sales@commonwealthnutrition.com. Send a photo if you can — we will evaluate it and make it right.
