How to Use

Step 1 - Add Powder
Beginners: To assess your tolerance*, add 1/2 scoop (included in the container) of STIM-FREE Pre-Workout into a shaker cup with 6-8 ounces of cold water or your preferred beverage.

Experienced Users: Add 1 level scoop (included in the container) of STIM-FREE Pre-Workout into a shaker cup with 10-12 ounces of cold water or your preferred beverage.

* If the effects feel subtle, increase to a full scoop before the next workout.

Step 2 - Mix Thoroughly
Place the lid securely on your shaker cup and shake vigorously until the powder fully dissolves and the mix is smooth.

Step 3 - Consume
For best results, consume STIM-FREE Pre-Workout 20-30 minutes before your workout (ideally on an empty stomach or at least 90 minutes after a meal).
