How to Use

Step 1 - Add Powder
Add one level scoop (included in the container) of Hydrate electrolyte powder into a shaker cup with 6-8 ounces of cold water or your preferred beverage.*

*Feel free to adjust the amount of liquid by a few ounces to suit your taste preferences (less water = stronger flavor and vice versa).

Step 2 - Mix Thoroughly
Place the lid securely on your shaker cup and shake vigorously until the powder fully dissolves and the mix is smooth.

Step 3 - Consume
For best results, consume Transparent Labs Hydrate within 30 minutes before, during, and/or after exercising to support muscle recovery and performance.
