Creatine monohydrate plays a crucial role in cellular energy production by replenishing adenosine triphosphate (ATP) levels, which is vital during exercise. 

myHMB® ( β-Hydroxy β-Methylbutyrate) 1,500 mg
HMB is a metabolite of the essential amino acid L-leucine, recognized for its role in muscle health and recovery.  

Vitamin D3 (as Cholecalciferol) 12.5 mcg (500 IU)
Vitamin D is an essential fat-soluble micronutrient that plays an important role in maintaining healthy bones, nervous system function, and muscle mass.

Bioperine® Black Pepper Fruit Extract 5 mg
BioPerine®, a standardized black pepper fruit extract, helps increase absorption of Transparent Labs Creatine HMB. 

How to Use

Step 1 - Add Powder
Add one level scoop (included in the container) of Creatine HMB powder into a shaker cup with 10-12 ounces of cold water or your preferred beverage.*

Step 2 - Mix Thoroughly
Place the lid securely on your shaker cup and shake vigorously until the powder fully dissolves and the mix is smooth.

Step 3 - Consume
For best results, consume Transparent Labs Creatine HMB within 30 minutes after completing your resistance or weight training session to support muscle recovery and exercise performance.

Step 4 - Use Daily
On rest days, take one scoop of Creatine HMB in the morning (with or without food) to aid in recovery and maintain muscle creatine stores. Consistency is key!

Should I Cycle Off Creatine Periodically?

Contrary to popular belief, cycling creatine use is neither necessary nor beneficial. Creatine monohydrate is most effective when used daily over several weeks/months/years, as this keeps your muscle creatine stores saturated.

Is Creatine Loading Necessary?
There is no need to "load" creatine— your muscle creatine stores will become saturated within a few weeks of using  Creatine HMB daily  (i.e. one scoop/serving per day). While you can safely consume 2-3 servings of Creatine HMB daily, we do not recommend using it for creatine loading as it will lead to excessive vitamin D intake.

Can I Take Creatine HMB if I Don't Exercise?
Taking Creatine HMB without exercising can still provide some benefits, such as supporting brain function and reducing muscle breakdown (both of which are important for longevity). However, to maximize the benefits of creatine supplementation, it's best to exercise regularly, particularly high-intensity training that induces marked muscle damage.

Are there any side effects of Creatine HMB?
